PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

Buckle Macaroni with Meat Tomato Sauce

PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

Farfalle Macaroni with Saoujouk and Pepper

PREPARATION:

Cook the BESLEN Macaroni as per the given recipe.Roast the soujouk,onion and garlic for 5 minutes in a large saucepan.Cook them until the soujoks are fried by adding the red and green pepper and mushrooms and then filter its oil.Mix the basil and corn starch to the chicken broth and add this to the cubes meat mixture.Keep the cooking until it becomes dark by mixing. After the bubbles are appeared,boil by mixing two more minutes.Add the tomatoes and cook well.Service it by mixing after pouring the mixture to the macaroni.

  • 350 gr sliced Saojouk
  • Chopped 1 middle seized onion

  • 1 Big sweet red pepper and green pepper

  • 2/ 3 cup of water chicken broth
  • 1 soup spoon sliced fresh basil
  • 1 dessert spoon dried basil
  • 2 dessert spoon corn starch
  • Big sliced 1 tomato (1 cup of water)

Sicilian Type Macaroni with Youghurt

PREPARATION:
